## Core technology: The Biological Engine

Patented methylglyoxal. A proprietary composition engineered to completely shut down the evolvement of bacterial resistance. Three load-bearing properties:

1. **Targeted cell-wall disruption.** A multi-site compositional mechanism that pathogens cannot route around.
2. **No observed evolutionary resistance.** Across two decades of independent study, no resistance has been observed.

## Dual-asset platform

- **LBX242** - botanical matrix. A patented botanical matrix. Qualifies the 505(b)1 FDA botanical pathway via history of human use since 1996.
- **Lgx242** - synthetic small molecule. Synthetic methylglyoxal derivative engineered for precision delivery. Qualifies QIDP (GAIN Act, +5 years market exclusivity, Fast Track) and the LPAD limited-population antimicrobial pathway.

## Consumer application

A non-drug, non-steroidal OTC nasal spray supporting the nasal immune ecosystem as a first line for cold, flu, allergy, and sinusitis symptoms. Designed as an alternative to the default antibiotic-first and corticosteroid-first playbooks.
